Hutan River Comprehensive Treatment Project (Fluid Flood Control and Drainage of the Second Canal of the North Railway Station and Biquan Lake Landscape Reconstruction Project) Project Description: This project is the second-level canal section of the lower reaches of the Hutan River. It is the receiving water body of the original production wastewater in the manganese ore area. It is also an important source of irrigation water in the river. The heavy metals in the river water and sediment are easy to enter the farmland with the irrigation water source. The accumulation of sediment directly affects the output and quality of agricultural products. Moreover, the second channel of the Hutan River into the Xiangjiang River is located near the water intake of the Sanshui Plant in Xiangtan City, which seriously affects the drinking water safety of the local people. In order to ensure the safety of the local people, and according to the overall plan of the Yuhu District, Kaiyuan Development (Xiangtan) Investment Co., Ltd. organized the flood control and drainage of the second-class canal in Xiangtan City and the landscape reconstruction project of Biquan Lake. Project content: Within the scope of Biquan Lake, the total length of the second channel of the Hutan River is about 1400m, the sludge dredging is about 11950m3; the construction of the Biquan Lake wetland is about 32000m2. Technical route: The sectioned cofferdam method is used to guide the drainage and dredging, and the water in the channel is drained, and then thoroughly dredged by mechanical means or artificial means such as mud pump or excavator. The cleared sediment is solidified/ The stabilization technology is used for governance, and after the standard is reached, deep landfill is carried out in the green area of the site. Restoration effect: After the treatment, the bottom mud of the Hutan River, the concentration of heavy metal water immersion reached the Class III standard of the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard (GB 3838) (the manganese leaching concentration reached 0.1 mg/L). |
